I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner who works with teens and young adults to support mental health in a way that feels safe, personal, and genuinely caring. I understand how hard it can be to juggle school, relationships, identity, and everyday stress, especially when you're also dealing with things like anxiety, ADHD, or depression. With 16 years under my belt, I take the time to really listen and works with you to find a treatment plan that fits your life. I see patients both in-person in Tempe and online throughout Arizona, with evening appointments available to fit your schedule.
