Allow me to use my training to not only encourage, but empower you to achieve and maintain your goals and live your best life!

My name is Rebecca Reed, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina, with Wake Counseling and Mediation. I relocated to North Carolina from Anchorage, Alaska in May 2023 and I have over 5 years of experience offering therapeutic services both in person and via telehealth. I provide counseling services for individuals, couples and families ranging from preteens, teens, adults, and seniors. Therapy services are provided for various conditions to include anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and loss, emotional regulation, low confidence/self-esteem, relationship distress, family conflict and parenting skills. My agency is in-network with Aetna, Ambetter, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UHC, and United HealthCare, and accepts out-of-pocket payments. Sessions are available in English.
