I am a trauma-informed, Licensed Clinical Social Worker born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley. I believe there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to the therapeutic process of healing. As no two souls are the same, no two journeys will be the same. I utilize techniques that empower the autonomy of the client, explore behavioral patterns, and process relevant childhood experiences in order to develop healthy coping strategies and seek change. Through a blended style of modalities and a healthy client-therapist relationship, we can address concerns preventing you from fully experiencing the richness of life. I work with women-only and those from all religious backgrounds. However, as a practicing Christian, I also offer faith-based counseling for those interested in incorporating their Christian beliefs into their therapeutic process.
