21 years in practice

Experienced psychological care serving the Asheville area with in-person appointments and offering Telehealth in all participating PsyPact states.

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 20 years of experience working with adults through a wide range of challenges and life circumstances. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and practical. Sometimes our work involves exploring longstanding patterns or experiences that continue to affect you. Other times, it's about navigating a current situation, considering different perspectives, or finding more effective ways to respond to life's challenges. I'm also board certified in Lifestyle Medicine, which adds another dimension to my work. I recognize the important connections between emotional well-being and everyday habits such as sleep, physical activity, nutrition, and stress management. When appropriate, we can consider these aspects of health as part of our work together. I work with adults at many different stages of life, and I appreciate that each person brings a unique history, perspective, and set of circumstances. My hope is that therapy provides an opportunity to better understand yourself and your experiences, work through what's difficult, and make changes that are meaningful to you.
