I enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds and identities and feel each person has the ability to create meaningful change in their lives.

I received my BS in Human Development & Family Studies in 2014 from Kent State and completed my Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Heidelberg University in 2018. Since graduating, I have had the privilege to work with a diverse group of people, ranging in age from childhood to older adulthood. I take a client-centered, cognitive approach to counseling, encouraging clients to challenge negative or irrational thoughts that can develop into mental health concerns, such as depression and anxiety. I enjoy working with adults needing support with grief & loss, transitional issues like starting college, a new job, a baby, or other phase-of-life concerns. I also have experience serving clients with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and trauma. It is my belief that each individual has the power to create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
