It is important in my work with individuals to initially focus on rapport and the creation of a welcoming and comfortable environment. There are times in life when the journey appears difficult. Obstacles can seem insurmountable and overwhelming. My emphasis is in helping those in need, through an eclectic evidence-based approach, to identify and develop their strengths. Being intentional in my approach and designing individualized treatment protocols creates an atmosphere of success for many of my clients who report feeling empowered to reach and exceed their goals. I count it a high honor to walk alongside individuals on their path of life. There is extraordinary beauty and value in each individual. I strive to illuminate that truth for each client.
