Rebecca (Becca) Childs
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Becca is a highly empathetic therapist focused on creating an atmosphere of acceptance understanding, and compassion to help clients reach their goals.
Your life matters! Therapy can help take you from where you are to where you want to be. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to match client needs, but I specialize in using Exposure and Response Prevention to treat OCD, using Brainspotting to treat trauma and “stuck” places, and using Play Therapies and Sand Tray with children. Whether you are bothered by thoughts, feelings, behaviors, or your past, I strive to make therapy a safe and nonjudgmental place to make positive changes. You can schedule a free Meet-and-Greet to help determine if we would work well together. Don't give up!
