Rebecca Blenz

College is a time of incredible growth and change and can be both exhilarating and challenging. My goal is to support you in discovering your unique, innate strengths and values so that you feel empowered to move your life in the direction you want. I help with anxiety, depression, anger management, coping skills, couples and relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem, and trauma. I also provide gender-affirming mental health care to members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help you gain insight, learn coping skills, and increase resilience. I am originally from the East Coast and have spent extensive time abroad, including a summer in Mexico, two years in Portugal, and seven years in Germany. I love being outdoors, and some of my favorite pursuits include singing, hiking, camping, climbing, reading, crosswords, and spending time with my husband, son, and two cats.
