I welcome clients from all walks of life and all backgrounds. My goal is to meet you where you are at and show unconditional positive regard.

Reagan is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Campbell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a clinical counseling concentration from Methodist University. Reagan relies on an eclectic approach to counseling because she believes everyone deserves a unique counseling experience. She operates from a person-centered perspective and draws on interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She is also a trained EMDR therapist and enjoys using this intervention to treat traumatic or adverse life experiences. Reagan believes that flexibility and adapting to meet her client’s needs is imperative. She operates off the idea that a healthy and supportive therapeutic relationship are built on unconditional positive regard and empathy. She aims to facilitate growth with a non-judgmental lens, and to support her clients on their journey to reach their goals. Her goal is to create an environment that provides safety, privacy, and acceptance to all clients.
