Raven holds a Bachelors degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Psychology and Sociology with a concentration in Law and Cognitive Science. She is also a Graduate of Distinction from Capella University with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Raven began her counseling career in March 2022, but has had numerous years of experience in the field of human services in various capacities. Through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Raven provides treatment services to adults and teenagers that have been affected by a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma, communications, and more. By using an integrated, holistic, and client-centered approach, Raven has been able to help individuals reach their goals of psychological, emotional, social, and spiritual harmony.
