Now welcoming new clients. Come as you are, and let’s cultivate lasting change together.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and you do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, and substance use concerns who want a space to slow down and better understand themselves. Therapy with me is collaborative and intentional. We focus not only on what is happening in your life, but also on the patterns underneath it. My style is grounded, practical, and reflective. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care with mindfulness and somatic work. I pay close attention to the nervous system and how stress and past experiences show up in the body. Many of the behaviors people feel frustrated with are protective responses that once made sense. Together, we identify those patterns, build regulation skills, and create changes that feel sustainable rather than overwhelming. What makes my work different is my integration of certified nature-informed therapy. I thoughtfully incorporate elements inspired by the natural world to support emotional regulation and clarity. This may include grounding practices, sensory awareness, or metaphors that help you process experiences in a way that feels steady and connected. You do not need to be outdoorsy. The focus is on helping you feel more balanced, regulated, and aligned. Clients often share that sessions feel calming yet structured. I bring warmth and honesty into the room, and I also help you develop concrete tools you can use in everyday life. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore, supported enough to grow, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
