My main goal as a therapist is to help people who are experiencing discomfort in their lives or looking to improve their quality of life.

There is much excitement on my end of serving as a mental health therapist. Using a non-judgmental lens, I want to start each journey with learning about you and allowing time for us to build a therapeutic relationship. This will allow you to feel connected during our sessions! I love working with a broad range of clients. I have a special interest in helping college students and young adults navigate the challenges and transitions that come with adulthood. I specialize in anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, navigating romantic relationships, anger management, and adjustment to life stress and transitions. Compassion, empathy, and genuineness are my top three values and also integral to my working style.
