I am here to support you as you journey towards living the life you desire to live. I use an integrative approach of empirically based clinical techniques that are client centered. I meet my clients where they are. Together, we will work to dig deeper and look at the root of the problem. As we journey towards your goals, I will offer support, encouragement, and tools to help facilitate lasting change.
