Compassionate therapy helping teens, adults, and couples, find clarity, build healthier relationships, and move forward with confidence.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, but you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I’m Raphael A. Tramble, LMSW, owner and therapist at Keys of Empowerment Counseling LLC. I support teens, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflict, men’s issues, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, honest, collaborative, and practical. I provide a nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, understand the roots of what you’re experiencing, and develop skills you can use in everyday life. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed approaches, tailoring treatment to your individual needs. As a Black male therapist, I understand how important it is to feel seen, respected, and genuinely understood. At Keys of Empowerment, therapy combines compassion with accountability. Whether you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or under pressure, we’ll work together to help you gain clarity, strengthen relationships, and move forward with greater confidence.
