A firm believer that your 20's are the most difficult time in your life. I'm here to alleviate as much stress and fear that comes along with it.

At one point or another, we all question whether or not it's time to begin seeking therapy. We often ask, "Are my struggles 'difficult' enough to seek help?". Yes, what you're going through right now is worth getting help with. You are worth the investment into the quality of your own life. As I specialize in the Gen Z population, I am fully aware of how stressful, scary, and confusing navigating our space this world can be. In our work together, my role is to listen, provide support, and fill your tool belt with techniques that will assist in healing your past, present, or future self. In working together, I don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" when it comes to therapy. One intervention or theory that works for one, may not work for another, and that's okay. I will work with you in using a mixture of different theoretical orientations to best fit your current needs. From anxiety, depression, or life transitions to personality disorders, family member conflict, or past trauma, I am here to help. Through my EMDR and DBT training, my goal is to get you to a place where you can independently thrive in this ever-changing world. We can do this by identifying, developing and practicing skills to change unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviors that are causing problems in your present life.
