Dr. Elias graduated Phi Beta Kappa from NYU before earning her MD at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She then completed her psychiatry residency at the Harvard Longwood program. After graduation, she pursued psychodynamic psychotherapy training at the Adams House Fellowship in Boston. Dr. Elias treats patients with anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, and has expertise treating Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa. Along with providing medication management, Dr. Elias’s therapeutic approach draws substantially from psychodynamic, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches.
