Compassionate psychiatrist specializing in eating disorders, anxiety, and depression to help you create meaningful change in your life.

I'm a psychiatrist with years of experience helping people navigate challenges like anorexia, bulimia, anxiety, and depression. Together, we'll focus on identifying what's keeping you stuck, whether that's unhelpful patterns of thinking, behaviors, or emotional struggles. My approach combines psychodynamic therapy, DBT, and CBT techniques to help you manage symptoms and feel more in control of your life. After completing my training at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and the Harvard Longwood Psychiatry Residency Program, I worked at the New York State Psychiatric Institute's Eating Disorder Unit and in outpatient care at Newton-Wellesley Psychiatry. I've also led DBT skills groups and completed advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy. Whether you're struggling with obsessive thoughts about food and body image, a cycle of bingeing and purging, or persistent feelings of sadness or worry, I offer care that integrates psychotherapy with medications when needed. My goal is to help you decrease distress, strengthen coping skills, and build a fulfilling life aligned with your values. Let's work together to help you move toward the changes you're ready to make.
