Welcome to my practice! I use a relational, attachment based style to help you with whatever concerns, feelings of discomfort brings bring you to therapy.

Everyone experiences painful life challenges. I am here to help you navigate a path through difficult times by both building on your strengths and identifying new skills to manage stressful events. If you feel anxious, depressed, don't feel stable in some area of your life, and/or have a history of trauma, I am here to work with you. Together, we work to restore a sense of balance and stability in your life and give you tools to cope with life's ups and downs. I have been working in the health services field for more than 20 years as both a clinician and a public health researcher, collaborating with peers on issues such as trauma, mental illness, and substance use. I have extensive experience working with diverse populations in a variety of settings. Choosing a therapist can be intimidating. Feel free to contact me with any questions and/or for a free consultation to help us assess if I am the best fit for your needs and goals.
