Whether you’re struggling with mental health or simply seeking personal growth, I’m excited to work together and help you create a life worth living.

I am a dually-licensed therapist with 10 years of experience providing mental health and substance abuse counseling in the state of Wisconsin. I specialize in the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders; I also regularly work with individuals struggling with substance abuse (AODA) concerns, self-harm, OCD, perfectionism, high stress, and with young adult/college students. My approach involves creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we can collaboratively explore your concerns. Together, we’ll identify negative thinking patterns and develop practical strategies to cope in a healthier way. I believe that every individual has the potential to cultivate resilience and create a more fulfilling life. Having walked alongside numerous individuals on their healing journeys, I understand that change is possible when we address the patterns that hold us back. I primarily use evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT, BA, ERP), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches (such as ACT). However, I recognize the importance of tailoring an approach to suit each individual’s needs, strengths, and goals.
