My name is Rachel and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with my supervision endorsement (LPCC-S). I am an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Certified Therapist, and I have additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and writing WPATH letters for clients seeking medically necessary gender-related healthcare. My style of therapy is direct, empowering, and compassionate. The areas I am most passionate about working with clients to address include the following: trauma, self-esteem, sexuality, communication, and stress management.
