Improve your quality of life and learn new skills. Alleviate suffering from relationship problems, Anxiety or Depression. Begin your recovery and healing.
Hello! I look forward to meeting you. I graduated ASU with my Master’s in Social Work (go Devils) and now have over 25 years' experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. I especially enjoy working with young adults to help you launch into the best adult self you can be. I am a client-centered therapist (meaning we start where you feel comfortable) and an EMDR provider to help process past trauma and obstacles. My goal is to empower you and by gaining new insights into yourself and teaching you new skills to improve your quality of life. We all have obstacles. I will assist you in finding solutions to life’s most common challenges. Clients of all backgrounds and identities are very welcome in my practice. Take care.
