Partnering with people to nurture understanding, healing, and authentic well-being.

I work with children, teens, adults, and families to address challenges with attention, learning, mood, relationships, and life transitions. With kids and teens, I partner with caregivers to support growth and resilience, while adults find space to explore patterns, strengthen coping, and build clarity. I also provide psychological and neuropsychological assessment to help make sense of how people think, learn, and connect. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based, with a focus on fostering resilience, understanding, and well-being.
