Helping college students heal from the past, navigate stress, and build a life that aligns with their values.

I love working with college students who are processing family of origin dynamics and navigating how they want to build the life they want to be living as a young adult. I work well with clients who are: -Healing from religious trauma, commonly around evangelicalism and purity culture -Processing and moving through the trauma such as sexual assault -Working on practicing self compassion in the midst of perfectionism, striving to meet other's expectations, and self esteem issues. -Coping with managing a chronic health condition, particularly type 1 diabetes -Want to take the time to process what they once took for granted and decide what still serves them well and what they would like to intentionally let go of.
