I am a member of the LGBTQIA+, Kink, non-monogamy community and affirming. I specialized in somatic EMDR, personality disorder, Internal Family Systems.

Rachel McDaniel (they/them) is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW). Rachel believes that every person deserves the opportunity to tell their story in an attentive and compassionate setting. Before their launch into private practice, Rachel worked with a wide range of people in Community Mental Health. Rachel has provided psychotherapy in corrections, community, outpatient, and inpatient settings in Wichita and rural Kansas. Rachel worked alongside emergency professionals within their various roles in the community, like Comcare’s Mobile Crisis Unit and providing in-home therapy to juvenile offenders and their families. Rachel is a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and is drawn to working with queer individuals to address the trauma associated with systemic marginalization. Rachel sought education about chronic health conditions and how body trauma impacts marginalized communities. They are passionate about providing quality trauma treatment and regularly expand their education. They believe in the power of post-traumatic growth to lead survivors to become a powerful sources of wisdom in the community.
