(She/Her/Hers)
Counselor
Finding peace in your pain with effective, compassionate care. I use a holistic, integrative model of therapy so our time together is tailored to you.
Relationships have the power to both heal us and hurt us, so partnering with a therapist takes a great deal of courage! My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can explore your feelings and find greater clarity and courage in your every day life. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and authentic care, aiming to empower you to discover your own strengths and find meaning within your story. I have experience with most faith backgrounds, different gender and sexual identities, and am committed to honoring your story in the counseling room. During our initial session together, we will capture a holistic view of your story and develop goals for your therapy journey. Each session after, your goals will be intentionally integrated into our conversations and interventions for the most effective change as you develop greater insight. If you’re ready to make a positive change, break cycles, or need support through difficult times, let’s link arms and do it together. Reach out today to start our journey. I look forward to supporting you!
