I create a non-judgmental space to talk about what is really going on for you.

I love what I do and I love helping people learn more about themselves and find helpful ways to navigate life's ups and downs using your own unique strengths. As a Certified Integrated Attachment Theory (IAT) Therapist I help people learn and understand their Attachment Style and how that affects their individual beliefs, expectations and behaviors in relationships in love, family, work... in life! Together we will work to reprogram limiting beliefs and behaviors that may be holding you back. I often get asked, "What is an Attachment Style?" Lean more at personaldevelopmentschool.com I have 24 years of experience working with adults with a variety of life situations: attachment issues, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma/PTSD, pregnancy/prenatal & post-partum mood disorders, divorce, perimenopause, menopause, domestic abuse, family conflicts, relationship issues... just to name a few. I enter my therapeutic relationships with a person-centered; strengths-based treatment approach and tailor our work together based on your own individual needs and personality. I look forward to hearing from you! Rachel Kleibor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Wisconsin with 23 years of experience. She offers telehealth therapy from Madison, WI, and specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and more for young adults, adults, and seniors. Rachel is an LGBTQ ally and accepts Dean Health Plan and Quartz insurance, with out-of-pocket payment options available.
