The struggle is real! Sometimes life throws us curveballs, no matter how careful or prepared we think we are for life. Congratulations on starting your first step in launching a Positive Chain Reaction in your life! If you’re having trouble controlling your emotions or noticing that you’re getting angry quickly and feel life is becoming overwhelming. I’m here to help. If you want to break the destructive cycle of despair? You don’t have to struggle alone. I have worked in the field since 2010. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in addiction from Newman University in 2010. Then later went on to earn my Master’s in Social Work from Newman University with an emphasis on mental health with a family-centered approach in 2014. I have a strong background in leadership in social services, with a demonstrated history of working in substance abuse, medical social work, and mental health. I possess proficiency in Grief Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Substance abuse, Emotional Intelligence, and Cognitive Distortions. If you are committed to self-cultivation, you will discover that a crisis can be the turning point that precedes change.
