It takes a lot of strength to ask for support in times of need. Asking for help is a courageous step, and we do not have to do it alone. What might seem impossible is possible with the right support. I approach clients from a non-judgmental and emphatic perspective. My therapeutic methodology incorporates a solution focused and strengths-based approach in order to empower individuals to meet their therapeutic goals. I am passionate about working with individuals struggling with grief and loss, trauma and abuse, sexual orientation and gender identity, and working with individuals struggling with Postpartum Depression.
