My approach to therapy is solution focused, grounded in research, and rooted in a strong therapeutic relationship. I focus on current stressors and aid clients in identifying ways to alter their thoughts, behavior, and environment to improve and change old patterns. My therapeutic intervention techniques are informed by cognitive behavioral and attachment theories and focus greatly on interpersonal relationships. I work with each client's innate strengths in order to provide skills to improve life long after therapy has terminated.
