I'm an AuDHD therapist & an expert in eating issues & disorders. I specialize in supporting neuro-spicy people with eating struggles. Neuro-affirming!

Hi, I'm an AuDHD therapist specializing in eating struggles and disorders. I specialize in working with Neuro-Spicy people who are experiencing eating struggles, and adhere to a genuinely neuro-affirming approach. My Beliefs: Neuro-Spicy people don't need to be "fixed." Neuro-Spicy people can reach out for support if and when they want it, and get support in a conducive environment. I'm your advocate. Accommodations are important. Solutions to your needs should be practical. Eye contact is not mandatory or expected. In session communication can include using spoken words, writing, drawing, identifying color/shape/numbers/letters, and so much more. Food and eating doesn't have to be a dreadful struggle. Your body doesn't have to be your enemy or a complete mystery. Pervasive or Passionate Desire for Autonomy, not Pathological Demand Avoidance. Call or email me directly for a free 15-minute consultation - it's confidential and I'm more than happy to answer any of your questions!
