Rachel Carroll
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I am inspired when witnessing clients identify and challenge the stories that no longer serve them, and move towards what matters to them most.
I come to the therapeutic relationship with a variety of clinical experiences. I have provided individual and group therapy in large health care systems, outpatient community mental health programs and substance use treatment facilities. My approach is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy while also holding space for the interpersonal relationship and trust that I believe is essential for meaningful work. With warmth and curiosity, I partner with my clients to explore their thoughts, beliefs, behaviors and relationships. Together we will consider patterns, notice opportunities for reflection and seek to make meaningful change. In my practice, I feel humbled and inspired when witnessing clients identify and challenge the stories and beliefs they have held, sometimes for many years. My hope is that we can begin to identify the ways these stories are no longer serving you, and move towards what matters to you most. Reach out for a free consultation call to see if we might be a good fit.
