Rachel Braun
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
I use a strengths-based approach to help reflect my patients’ skills and a person-centered approach to explore your past and who you are.
Rachel’s priority as a clinician is building trust and creating a safe space for her patients. She uses a strengths-based approach to help reflect her patients’ skills and a person-centered approach to explore their past, which led them to who they are, and she helps build toward self-compassion and self-love. Rachel helps with dysfunctional family dynamics, life changes, self-esteem, and codependent relationships. She has always wanted to work in mental health because she believes everyone needs to be seen and heard. Rachel enjoys reading, watching TV, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Willa.
