We want to f*ck the system and help clients feel more empowered in the world. We can't heal in the broken systems that made us ill in the first place.

Hi! I'm Rachael and I've been working with clients since 2010. With a strong background in Feminist Relational Psychology, my goal for my work with clients is to help them examine the systems of oppression they operate within and figure out what the hell they want to do about it. While this may not seem directly related to the reason you're seeking therapy, I believe taking a hard look at how these systems impact you may help us understand the "why" behind your illness. I strive to make every client feel cared for, accepted, and safe; while gently challenging them to become more empowered and their own advocate. You'll get curse words and Feminist theory, with a goal of liberation for all peoples. I'm Queer, Poly, a parent, culturally Jewish, pro-Palestine, Atheist, with a lot of experience helping survivors of trauma, people in IPV relationships, newly diagnosed Neurodivergent folx, ENM folx, and Gender diverse clients. I am actively engaged in my own Anti-Racist work and am learning how to decolonize my therapy practice daily.
