Rachael Stedman

I am an integrative therapist rooted in interpersonal process work and emphasizing curiosity and connection. The therapeutic relationship is crucial to the growth process and my hope is to build a secure base from which we can explore your internal world and make positive changes. My areas of emphasis are queer and gender diverse populations, kink, non-monogamy, interpersonal relationships, and identity development. I currently offer individual therapy and relationship therapy. I have several years of experience working in various settings: private practice, undergrad/graduate counseling centers, medical schools, and detention facilities. Outside of therapy, I enjoy fibercrafts, reading, and spending time with my dog.
