Rachael Rose is a Licensed Independent Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work degree from Cleveland State University in 2021. Rachael has worked in private practice and community mental health agency settings. She provides individual therapy to adults presenting with issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal relationships, communication, self-esteem, substance use, and life transitions. Rachael utilizes several modalities in her practice, including trauma-focused cognitive cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, and strengths-based therapy. Rachael’s therapeutic style blends warm and empathetic support, with a curious and direct approach, to help clients grow and address the needs they bring to therapy. She practices from the idea that each client is the expert in their own lives, while also emphasizing the importance of receiving an additional, professional perspective. Rachael is a culturally aware, LGBTIA+ affirming, sex-positive, kink-friendly, body-positive clinician who believes that a “one-size fits all” approach to therapy does not exist!
