(She/Her/Hers)
Certified Group Psychotherapist (CGP), Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Psychotherapist
Openings still available for Fall 2025. Trauma-informed individual & group therapy for mental health concerns, life stressors, and identity formation.
I'm a firm believer in the large body of research supporting the power of relationships, including between client and therapist, to help rewire the brain toward emotional well-being and relational fulfillment, and incorporate techniques from a variety of trauma-informed and evidence-based theoretical perspectives. And as a Duke alumna myself, I can empathize with the unique challenges of navigating life as a high-achieving student at an elite university. I commonly work with family of origin concerns, anxiety, ADHD, chronic illness/pain, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship issues, women's health issues and infertility, and complex trauma. We might be a particularly great fit if you are pursuing a helping profession and want to avoid or heal burnout; wish to work through disordered eating or body image issues using a Health at Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating approach; or know you'd benefit from working with a therapist operating from an anti-oppressive lens. I also provide a supportive space for folx wanting to explore intersecting privileged and/or marginalized identities (i.e. race/ethnicity, disability, neurodiversity, gender, sexuality, socioeconomic status).
