I received my Master of Social Work from Appalachian State University, and work with individuals, families, and groups of all ages. I serve a wide variety of people with mental health-related issues and condition. I specialize in trauma and working with clients across the life span. I believe in empowering clients to face the many challenges and life stressors and support in regaining control of their life I am experienced in CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR
