I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Certified Life Map Coach, and a Qualified Clinical Supervisor. I have over 6 years of experience helping individuals, families, and couples.My experience includes counseling in higher education, Outpatient therapy, Multi-systemic Therapy family counselor, private practice, residential substance programs and community mental health. I am a North Carolina native , that pursued counseling in my late 20s because I always desired to be a counselor. I see counseling as a way to assist others with support when they are faced with hardships, confusion, life's many transitions and so much more. I consider it a privilege to work with people from all walks of life, assisting them with moving toward greater fulfillment, mental wellness, and personal growth!

    I am a 200-hour yoga teacher training. I am trained in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and I have a certificate in Subtle yoga. Haṭha yoga is a branch of yoga that uses physical techniques to try to preserve and channel the vital. Vinyasa yoga is a smooth transition between asanas (breathing) in flowing styles of modern yoga as exercise force. My subtle yoga certificate was specifically for mental health professionals to assist their clients with utilizing movement and breath to assist with anxiety etc.
