I’m Quenetta Johnson, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor and Certified Addiction Counselor. With over 9.5 years of experience, I have supported individuals across diverse settings including community mental health and colleges, and I understand the unique challenges people face in today’s world. I am a 200-hour yoga teacher training. I am trained in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and I have a certificate in Subtle yoga. Haṭha yoga is a branch of yoga that uses physical techniques to try to preserve and channel the vital. Vinyasa yoga is a smooth transition between asanas (breathing) in flowing styles of modern yoga as exercise force. My subtle yoga certificate was specifically for mental health professionals to assist their clients with utilizing movement and breath to assist with anxiety etc.
