Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I'm a Mandarin-English bilingual therapist supporting students with anxiety, school stress, life transitions, and identity. Culturally sensitive care.
As a bilingual (Mandarin/English) licensed therapist serving students across Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and New York, I specialize in supporting undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students navigating the challenges of academic pressure, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I work with international students, first-generation college students, and BIPOC clients who may feel isolated, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to manage expectations—from themselves or others. With over 8 years of clinical experience and a background as a former clinic director in New York City, I offer culturally responsive and affirming care grounded in both compassion and evidence-based practices. My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed care. I aim to help you make sense of your emotions, build healthier boundaries, and reconnect with your values so that you can feel more balanced and empowered in your daily life. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to “have it all together.” You’ll be met with understanding, and tools that honor both your background and goals.
