I am a bilingual (English and Mandarin) psychologist here to overcome mental blocks and distressing emotions. I value diversity and humanity.

Hello! I am a licensed psychologist who is committed to helping my clients overcome mental blocks and emotional distress. As human beings, we all experience relationship struggles, mental limitations, and emotional pain at times. Sometimes we even develop diagnosable symptoms, such as anxiety and depression. If you experience any of the above mentioned issues, I can be helpful to you. I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). While listening attentively, I adopted different techniques to help clients sooth their distressing emotions and overcome old limiting beliefs. More importantly, I strive to provide a safe, caring, and non-judgmental therapeutic space, where clients can experience acceptance, worthiness, and trust . We all want improvements in life, but change can also be scary because it involves uncertainty. I understand that making the initial steps to seek help might feel uncomfortable. That's why I offer a 15-minute free consultation, where I can answer any questions that you might have. If you need support at this time, please don't hesitation to contact me.
