My name is Qiana Jones (pronounced Key-Ah-Nuh). I'm the CEO/Founder of H2 Lifecare, LLC. I have over 17 years of experience in working with families and youth at risk in areas of child welfare and mental health care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I enjoy my career of service to others and take pride in my ability to provide quality mental health care. I believe that mental health care can be delivered via many approaches that meet the unique needs of those I'm helping. I have been formally trained in and use a number of evidence based practices in therapy.
