I have worked with a diverse population in various settings. I have worked with clients with multiple issues/concerns and from diverse backgrounds. I typically use a Person-Centered Approach, Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology when working with individuals. I use each methodology to help the client develop healthy coping skills and an action plan to create a stable mental place where they can maintain and meet their goals.
