Empowering young adults to overcome anxiety, depression, and trauma through compassionate medication management and therapy.

Hi, I’m an ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner passionate about supporting young adults through emotional challenges and life transitions. My approach to care is rooted in listening to your story, understanding your unique needs, and working with you to develop a personalized plan that fits your goals. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health concerns, I’m here to provide medication management and therapy in a way that feels right for you. I received my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin and my Advanced Certificate in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from New York University. With years of experience in an inpatient psychiatric unit, I’ve seen firsthand the power of emotional support and empowerment in helping people transform their lives. I strive to instill hope and help you recognize that change is possible. I understand life can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I strive to make you feel heard, respected, and empowered every step of the way. Let’s work together to find a path toward healing.
