Insight that moves you forward-individualized evaluations and therapy for young adults navigating identity, academics and emotional/psychological issues.

I’m a clinical psychologist who approaches therapy with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. I believe meaningful work begins by meeting you exactly where you are—without judgment—and creating a space where you feel understood, supported, and comfortable being fully yourself. My approach to treatment is collaborative and highly individualized. I don’t see therapy as something done “to” you, but rather something we build together. I take time to understand not only your current concerns, but also the patterns, experiences, and contexts that have shaped how you think, feel, and respond to the world. From there, we develop a shared understanding that guides the work in a way that feels relevant and actionable. A unique aspect of my practice is my background in psychological assessment. This training allows me to conceptualize concerns with depth and clarity, often identifying patterns that may not be immediately obvious. Whether or not you are seeking formal testing, this lens helps inform a more precise and effective treatment plan, so we can focus on what truly matters. While insight is important, I also place a strong emphasis on practicality. Clients often come to me not only wanting to understand themselves better, but also wanting tools that they can actually use in their day-to-day lives. I focus on helping you develop realistic, sustainable strategies that align with your goals, your environment, and your strengths—whether that’s managing anxiety, improving focus, navigating relationships, or working through identity-related concerns. Ultimately, my goal is to help you move toward a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and aligned with who you are. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for greater clarity, I aim to support you in building confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of direction as you move forward.
