I welcome clients of all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences, and I bring warmth, honesty, and my authentic self to every counseling session.

My counseling approach is rooted in an authentic, nonjudgmental, and collaborative partnership, so clients don't have to face challenges alone. Together, we identify and reshape unhelpful patterns while building stronger connections, healthier communication, and greater confidence in navigating life's challenges. By exploring how anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and identity impact relationships and self-esteem, we create a path toward growth and healing. I enjoy working with clients navigating mood disorders and anxiety, difficulty with emotional regulation, struggles with self-esteem, and life transitions or adjustment challenges. I primarily draw from CBT, ACT, psychodynamic theory, and feminist theory. Above all, I strive to meet everyone where they are at and to build from there, at their pace, with respect for their lived experience. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences, and I bring warmth, honesty, and my authentic self to every counseling session.
