Welcome! I am a LCSW in private practice that offers a wholistic and compassion based approach to treatment.

If life looks "fine on the outside" but doesn't feel fine inside, you are not alone. With over 20 years of experience across hospital, community, and private practice settings, I help adults navigate anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, trauma, and major life transitions- including the kind that come with juggling careers, families, aging parents, and quieter struggles that don't always show up on the outside. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I use evidenced-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy modalities, and Mindfulness-Based therapy techniques (iRest), while focusing on nervous system regulation and practical tools you can use in your everyday life. You don't have to have the "right words," a clear plan, or a dramatic backstory to begin- showing up as you are is enough. A sense of humor is welcome here, especially if it makes difficult things more manageable. Many of the people I work with are capable, thoughtful individuals who are used to handling things on their own but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Therapy with me is an active partnership focused on helping you feel steadier, more authentic, and more able to engage in your life with confidence and clarity. Clients of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences are welcome.
