Welcome! I am a LCSW in private practice that offers a wholistic and compassion based approach to treatment.

Welcome! If you are reading this, chances are you're on a quest to find the right therapist. This journey can feel daunting, but it's one of the most important steps you can take for your mental health. It is not just about qualifications and experience; it's about establishing a connection with someone who can offer you the support and safe space to share your thoughts and feelings that are necessary for healing and growth. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has a small private practice in Apex. I offer both Telehealth and in-person appointments. My training and experience has led me to a wholistic approach with multiple modalities (e.g. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Attachment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques, Insight Oriented, etc..). I have also completed yoga teacher training as well as mental health yoga trainings that strengthen body-mind approaches to healing.
