Paul Gale

Paul is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 26 years of experience providing counseling services to teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, addiction, depression, behavioral issues, family conflict, relationship problems, PTSD, and low self-esteem issues. Paul earned his Master’s of Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University. His experience as a counselor has taught him that healing is activated with the ingredients of safety, compassion, and a focus on each individual's unique strengths. Paul welcomes the opportunity to work through individual, couples, or family issues. He helps clients to find healing and new perspectives with an individualized treatment plan and believes that in therapy, even taking steps backward can offer insights and new growth.
