My goal is to create a comforting environment where you can show up as you are, gain insight, and feel empowered to create meaningful change in your life.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the challenges life has thrown your way? You don't have to navigate the uncertainty alone. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I offer a safe space where healing, clarity, and growth can unfold, even in the most difficult times. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, or navigating a major life transition, my goal is to provide a helping relationship that is based on collaboration, trust, respect, genuineness, and an understanding of the individual. All in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental setting. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR, while also integrating Mindfulness Based and Solution-Focused Techniques, and Person-Centered Therapy. These approaches allow us to explore how your thoughts, emotions, and past experiences may be impacting your current well being. I recognize the important step you have taken to reach out for help and consider it an honor to work with you. I look forward to helping you find that balance and peace you are seeking, and deserve.
