Patrick Phelan

My clinical focus is teens and young adults — the years between early adolescence and the late twenties. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation, and I specialize in DBT for clients who need a more structured, skills-intensive approach. I help clients build skills to understand and tolerate intense emotions, distressing thoughts, and manage relationships. I have a core belief that therapy should be grounded in research and produce meaningful change. I also offer individual and group clinical supervision for LMHCAs and associate-level clinicians working toward licensure in Washington state.
