I am a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with teens and young adults, including 6 years in college counseling centers.

I am here to help you navigate this chapter of your life. I take a trauma-informed approach when working with clients who feel stuck in the past and want to stop getting triggered in the present. I will help you build on your strengths while deepening your understanding of the things that are holding you back. I am neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA+-affirming, and passionate about helping college students strengthen their sense of self so they can pursue their talents and life goals. I also have a great deal of experience helping individuals heal from religious trauma. My style is a blend of supportive and challenging, and I like to infuse humor into the session when appropriate. I also love to assign television shows and movies, as I believe they can offer up mirrors to help us better understand ourselves. Modalities I like to use including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based CBT.
