I am a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst with extensive experience, working with adults, young adults, adolescence, and couples. I see therapy as a collaborative process where exploration of life's challenges unfold within a safe supportive relationship. Often the very patterns a person struggles with appear in the therapeutic space itself, offering a unique opportunity to recognize, understand and transform them. In this way therapy becomes more than a reflection – it becomes a vital lived experience. My approach is relational, combining empathy with thoughtful challenge, helping patients connect past experiences to represent difficulties, build self-awareness, and make more intentional choices. I believe that therapy can address both deep, long-standing concerns, and the immediate challenges of life transitions. Even in long-term work, focused and situational moments of growth naturally emerge. I tailor treatment to each individual or couple with the aim of fostering insight, resilience, and lasting change.
